I couldn’t have imagined a better way to cap off an incredible 2013 than with this wedding! From the moment I first sat down with Nick + Shannon for a cocktail at 320 Main in Seal Beach, I knew it was a match! These two people are 100% authentic, gracious, hilarious, and just downright joyful to be around. As we swapped stories about art, Spreckles (town in CA…look it up), and their love story, I again got this feeling (as I have many times before) of intense gratitude for doing what I do. This job is so much more than just taking pictures…I am being invited into people’s lives in a very real way.

For Nick+Shannon, their wedding day was more about gathering together the nearest and dearest people to them for a pure celebration to honor those that have loved and supported them throughout the years. It was so cool to see some of the industry’s top vendors collaborating to make their dream day a reality.
